Allison Grayson, Senior Account Executive

Allison GraysonAllison brings her distinctive education in law and journalism to tackle the complex intersection between policy and communication as a Senior Account Executive at Perry Communications Group (PCG). As a member of the PCG team, Allison expertly analyzes current policy efforts and implements communications strategies to meet client needs.

Prior to joining PCG, Allison received her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she specialized in business and agricultural-related topics. While there, Allison served as the Online Edition Editor of the Texas Tech Law Review and on the Editorial Board for the Texas Bank Lawyer. She also developed strong experience in state government and administrative law as a law clerk for the Texas Attorney General’s Office, and has worked for law firms specializing in intellectual property, FDA regulation, and civil litigation.

A communicator by training, Allison earned her B.S. in Journalism—concentrating in Public Relations—with minors in Agricultural Communications and Equine Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2013. During her time at Cal Poly, Allison interned with the American Quarter Horse Association, where her work was published in the American Quarter Horse Journal and America’s Horse magazine.

As a law school graduate and practiced communicator, Allison is uniquely positioned to examine important policy issues and frame communications efforts to reach key decision-makers.

Outside of work, you can find her enjoying the great outdoors with friends and family, visiting California’s many wineries, and cheering on the San Francisco Giants.
