In her expanded role as Senior Vice President, Kaitlin will continue to lead PCG’s public affairs capabilities, which encompass media relations, grassroots advocacy, digital advocacy, and coalition building for a diverse range of clients. Her strategic foresight has been instrumental in navigating the evolving challenges of the current media and policy landscapes. As a key driver of the firm’s continued success, Kaitlin has not only helped foster meaningful relationships and deliver impactful outcomes for PCG clients, but she has also shown her steadfast commitment to growing talent and providing invaluable opportunities for professional growth within the firm.

Kaitlin’s dedication extends beyond her professional responsibilities. She’s committed to community service and philanthropy and has lent her time to many causes over the years, including improved care for those living with sickle cell disease and other chronic and rare diseases, particularly Black women with breast cancer who continue to die at a 41% higher rate than white women with the disease. In 2023, she joined the Albie Aware Breast Cancer Foundation’s Board of Directors to help support their mission to improve cancer care and breast health in the state. In addition, her active participation in California Women Lead, Sacramento Press Club, and the American Association of Political Consultants reflects her commitment to professional growth and collaboration within the industry.
