PCG Announces the Addition of Matt Notley

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (March 13, 2013)– The old adage: “the bigger the better” may not apply to all circumstances but it is working well for Perry Communications Group’s (PCG) workforce. PCG is proud to announce Matt Notley as the latest addition to “the group” as a Senior Account Manager.

“The firm was looking for a seasoned vet to help with the growing client base,” said Kassy Perry, President and CEO of Perry Communications Group. “The combination of expertise and creativity is tough to find, and Matt will bring that level of experience to our new business ventures.”

As Senior Account Manager, Notley will be responsible for client accounts, new business, staff and financial management, in addition to other projects.

Prior to joining PCG, Notley worked for a Sacramento public relations firm where he led public affairs activities for several government clients focusing on water and environmental issues. Some of the most memorable projects he managed include the California Department of Water Resources’ FloodSAFE program and the independent Delta Stewardship Council.

In 2007, Notley was appointed by then California governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, as Director of Public Affairs for the Department of Water Resources. Matt worked long hours with Schwarzenegger’s press office to educate the media about why an overhaul of the state’s water management policies was vital to the well-being of the state’s environment and economy.

“Matt has already hit the ground running, and he’s proving to be a great addition,” says Perry.
