PCG welcomes the addition of two clients

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (October 16, 2013)– Perry Communications Group (PCG) makes a strong entrance into the automotive aftermarket industry with the addition of two clients: the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) and CAWA – Representing the Automotive Parts Industry. PCG will provide government relations, public affairs and grassroots consulting services aimed to ensure the motor vehicle aftermarket has a strong voice in Sacramento on issues impacting the maintenance and service of vehicles operated on California roads.

“The motor vehicle aftermarket is a significant sector of the California economy, employing nearly 200,000 people in 2012 (nearly 4.1 million nationwide),” said Kassy Perry, President and CEO of Perry Communications Group. “The industry is essential both to the state’s economy and to ensuring the mobility of California citizens. We look forward to providing our expertise in public affairs to support the goals of our new clients.”

The AAIA is a Maryland-based association, whose more than 23,000 member and affiliates manufacture, distribute and sell motor vehicle parts, accessories, service, tool, equipment, materials and supplies. AAIA represents more than 100,000 repair shops, parts stores and distribution outlets. More information about the CAWA can be found online at www.cawa.org, www.facebook.com/pages/CAWA-Representing-the-Automotive-Parts-Industry and https://twitter.com/cawaorg.
